The room is fully furnished with a double bed/mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk/chair. The main house has a fabulous kitchen with all mod-cons including a washer/dryer, a comfortable lounge with leather sofas, coffee table and a flat screen TV along with a ground floor WC and upstairs bathroom with shower over bath.

Outside is a small patio and garden area with storage for cycles. Ample parking is available with a large driveway and permitted parking also on the road outside the house.

All bills are included in the monthly rent. The house is in a lovely quiet area and if you would like to live in a top end house with like-minded professional individuals then please drop us a line and we will get a viewing booked in for you.
