Hi, I'm an easy- going Londoner who left England and worked in Europe and the Soviet Union doing everything from teaching to being a nightclub d. j. ! I have a 30 year-old daughter who is Swedish.
I moved back to the UK 7 years.
My house is traditional in style but bright and spacious inside and offers you the following :
A large, clean, light and airy room, plus private bathroom and use of a study.
Ample free parking and storage for bikes.
Easy access by car to Chichester (10-20 mins), and Portsmouth and Goodwood (both 20- 25mins ) (to Goodwood avoiding the city of Chichester).
Bus stops close by ( 5-8mins)
Buses to Chichester and Portsmouth
Station close by ( 3 -5 mins , and no noisy trains).
Trains to Chichester, Portsmouth and London (via Gatwick airport)

Adjacent to the room is your own bathroom with hand-shower over the bath. Also adjacent is a study with a comfortable office chair.
The rooms are at the front of the house overlooking the trees, and your room gets the morning sun.
The room has a single bed, plus mirrored, built-in wardrobe, drawers and a comfortable tub chair. A desk or dressing table can be added if required and anything but the bed can be removed if you don't need it.
Fully-fitted kitchen, and a cosy sitting area with comfortable tub-chairs.
Access to washing machine and a small tumble drier.
We share the kitchen- sitting/eating area, but
I eat my main meal at lunch time, so you have the kitchen for your use in the evening.

My hobbies include music (especially live music), socialising, travel, road-trips, walking and hiking.
When my daughter visits we go hiking in the South Downs and exploring new places here in the
U. K.

Please note:
I will consider:
Weekly rentals: 7 days £130 per week
Mon - Fri rentals: £80 per week.

Rent will be paid in advance.
The 1st rental payment will be paid as you move in, for the 1st month. Then paid as follows:
Long term rentals;
At the end of each month for the following month.
Short-term rentals;
At the end of each week for the following week.

The deposit is to be paid once we have agreed and signed contracts. You'll get a receipt. This is to secure the room and will be paid back once the room is emptied and cleaned, and been checked for any damage, and the key is returned

Notice required:
For monthly rentals, 1month
For weekly rentals, 1 week
