Room available to rent in a terraced home in Stourbridge. Sharing with two professional female’s and a cat. It’s a calm, laid back household for a professional person.

The downstairs bedroom is available with a comfortable futon style mattress, also a desk and chair. The room has its own entrance to the house. Ideally I would prefer to rent this room for short stays.

There’s an immaculate shared bathroom, a cosy lounge and kitchen. Also a lovely South facing garden that catches all of the sun.

Central to Wollaston village, there’s a variety of shops and amenities, a supermarket is also 2 minutes walk away.

There’s good links to Birmingham, Wolverhampton and Worcester. Also in close proximity to Corbett Hospital and Russell’s Hall Hospital.

The bus stop is a 1 minute walk away and the local train station (Stourbridge Junction) is a 20 minute walk away. Parking is available on the street and a car park is a 1 minute walk from the house.
