Double room with friendly housemates

The room: double room, with furniture (double bed, desk, desk chair, night table, a bin, 3 big wardrobes and a mirror) and beautiful views of the garden. It has plenty of storage and plenty light.

The house: this is a 4 bed house that currently has 4 housemates with a room becoming free in May. There's a kitchen, bathroom, living room, conservatory and a garden (perfect for pizzas & BBQs). These are all shared and we have a cleaner who helps us keep them tidy once a week. There's plenty of on road parking outside.

The Housemates: Even though this is a shared house, the house has always felt like a home for everyone. People who have lived here look out for each other and we hope the new housemate does too! Becoming friends is not compulsory lol but cleanliness is.

The location: The house is 2 minutes walk from the 66/65 bus stop and 8 minutes away from bus stops in Thorne Rd. It is a 10 minute walk to the infirmary with easy access to M18.

We are looking for professionals aged 22-30.
