Looking for a housemate to replace the one leaving on 8th June
You pay all inclusive, I cover the rest (which 2.8-3.2k). This is NOT an HMO... So two occupants max (including me)
You'll have 2 rooms that come furnished (drawers, cupboard, bed, bedside cabinet) + pretty much 100% use of shower room.
Parking + electric charger. Although charging your car will require extra on top of the monthly cost
