Box room w/ double bed and stain glass window

This box room may be small, but it has everything you need! Plenty of storage, with the bunk bed currently in use as extra space for bits n bobs. You can of course take the bed up top and have a single but I preferred having the double when I was in this room and same with my current flatmate who occupies the room at the moment. The room doesn't have an external window but it does have a beautiful stain glass window that goes through to the living room so plenty natural light can come through.

Ideally you wouldn't be too tall, as I am ~6'2 and used to hit my head on the shelf a lot as I got up but if you're very aware/don't mind then that's your call! The room isn't big but the living room and kitchen more than make up for the lack of space in there.

I'm looking for someone who is respectful, tidy and relatively clean. I want to keep the flat in good condition because I do own it after all... ideally you'd be at least leaning towards bejnb vegan/vegetarian. In technically not but I don't buy meat or dairy products even though I do occasionally eat them if they're going to waste. The ideal flatmate would also be pretty easy going, relatively sociable but also capable of getting on with their own thing.

If you want a room but don't want it to be so small, there's a chance I'd swap rooms but you'd have to pay significantly more as I'd be giving up a large room with a king size bed.

Council tax band is B but the charge for it is included in the price of the room. Happy for students to move in but the price will not change - sorry!
