Recently bought and renovated my first flat and looking for a flatmate to rent my spare room.
Ideal flatmate would be sociable, considerate, clean and tidy :) get in touch to see if we’d be a good fit! I enjoy going out with friends, running & yoga. My nursing shift pattern changes between days / nights, and 2/4 weekends out the month.
Accommodation comes with parking space, garden and lift. Bedrooms are opposite sides of the flat. Fortnightly cleaner and all bills including wifi and council tax is included in the price. Great bus links, short walk to Arthur’s Seat, portobello and Leith. Dishwasher, washing machine & tumble drier included. Shower over bath.
