Double Room to rent close to City Centre and Docks

Hi,

I’ve recently just bought a flat and would love someone to share it with (and help me pay some bills haha)

I’m currently furnishing and doing some renovations but want to put the ad out now so I can garner interest and get someone in when it’s all ready to go! Please note that I have ordered a new bed for the room. And the one in photos is just for illustrative purposes.

Because I own the flat you know you’ll be living somewhere well looked after and don’t have to deal with estate agents, property managers or faceless landlords. It’s also only a 2 bed so don’t have to worry about sharing a space with numerous other people.

The room is a decently sized double room and will be furnished with bed, wardrobe, desk and bedside table but happy to purchase anything else if you require.

The flat is just a short walk from the docks and city centre but on a quiet residential street so you have the best of both worlds.

There’s off street parking if you have a car.

All bills will be included apart from council tax if you’re not a student.

I’m originally from London and still spend a lot of time there, I also travel a bit for work so there’ll be plenty of times where you may have the flat to yourself. I enjoy socialising but also like to keep myself to myself when need be.

I am not looking for just a stranger to move in. I am only looking to rent out the room to the right person whom I can become friends with and if I don’t find that person then I’m happy to not rent it out at all.
