Beautiful Room Streatham! Available 16th June

Room available from 16th June

I have a beautiful spare room with bay doors leading into my garden, going in my flat in Streatham, it includes all bills. The comes with a double bed, small rail and a chest of drawers.

Ideally I'm looking for a working professional similar to myself, 28+, who can work from home. LGBTQ+ friendly, shame I've got to say that!

The apartment itself is located between Streatham Common station (5 min walk) and Streatham Station (8 min walk) that can get you into Victoria or City Thameslink respectively quickly, you can also change one stop away to get on the Northern line.

The flat itself comes with all mod cons; HD TV, high speed internet, disney, prime, dishwasher, washing machine, high pressure shower, tumble dryer etc

The garden is nearly as big as the house itself and is really beautiful in the summer, it has a BBQ and a firepit. There's now quite a bit of garden furniture, and I'm planning on putting in a large greenhouse.

I myself am 34, Scottish, really into cooking, grow veggies, and the the gym, enjoy the pub and all that London has to offer. Bonus points if you speak Spanish as I'm learning. I work as a senior product portfolio manager in a data company in central and work from home four days a week.
