Hello, my large one- bed flat in SE20 / Penge (8 mins walk to Crystal palace park) is available to let for short or long term let from the 20 July. Possibility to reduce the rent for a let of over 3 months.

The spacious one bedroom flat is decorated in a boho style. Our home is full of lovely plants and a great spot to relax. The 19ft lounge with an open fitted kitchen and dining area is basked in light all day.

Located on a high street with cafes, shops and Crystal Palace park (and dinosaurs) an 8 mins walk away.


The area boasts great transport links & is only 30mins away from Central London, such as Victoria, London Bridge station etc.

We look for a young professional or adult student who is respectful to the space. Open to a couple too.
