En-suite room in shared flat in Clerkenwell (Sept)

3 friends currently living in a lovely flat in Clerkenwell/Angel. Our flatmate is moving out and we are looking for a new tenant to take his place.

We have lived together for the last 3 years and are close. friends. We are very sociable and friendly house. Most of us work at home at least 1 day a week. We are seeking someone sociable, easy-going and friendly.

We hang out a lot as a house together and do lots of TV time, weekend activities. The room is a double room with a en suite shower and toilet. The house spacious and nicely furnished with high quality furniture. There is a balcony and big living room. There is a washing machine and dryer, and a dishwasher. We have very few problems since we've moved into the house.

We are 10 mins from Angel, 10 mins from Farmington and 2 mins from Exmouth market. Nearby there are plenty of parks, coffee shops and restaurants.

We are looking for someone to move in for the whole year. We expect the room to be available from about the end of August.
