Newly decorated, very large double en-suite in a beautiful, newly extended large Edwardian country house. Walking distance to train & bus. The room has a king size double bed (under bed storage), new triple wardrobe, sideboard, desk, dressing table & bedside table. It has a newly decorated en-suite. WIFI. Bedding & towels included if needed.

Includes your own lounge, newly extended with large TV (30cm) a 4 seater leather sofa & a 3 seater sofa. We have a separate lounge. We will use it occasionally to listen to the HiFi or if we have guests staying. We have a newly extended, very large, high end kitchen with large island, Miele ovens, Miele induction hob, Quooker tap, eating area and large grand sliders with stunning views over our garden and paddock. The perfect spot to watch the sunset with a glass of wine. In the summer the kitchen can be fully opened onto the patio The large utility room has Miele and Bosch appliances. Shared use of fridges and freezers, own kitchen cupboards.

Our garden wraps around our house and includes a large patio with swimming pool, hammock area, rose garden and badminton area. The top of the oak tree has a lounger with panoramic views over open countryside, perfect for watching sunsets. Parking on drive. Short 10 mins drive, 10 mins cycle or 20 minute walk to mainline station, an hour into Charing Cross.

Staplehurst has a great pub, restaurants, shops, chemist, Drs and Dentists. It is a very friendly village with lots of clubs and classes to meet local people. There are lots of lovely local walks across the countryside.

We would prefer a tidy, employed, professional female. No shift workers please.

We would prefer someone who loves animals as we have a rough collie (Lassie) and a cat, both are very friendly.
