The house has two kitchens which include dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, two fridges and a freezer. There is a downstairs shower room with additional toilet plus an upstairs full bathroom with with bath and shower and separate toilet so there should be no queues in the morning. We also have the benefit of two communal lounges and broad band. There is a cleaner for the communal areas and a gardener for the lovely quiet mature garden. We are less than 10 mins walk to the Glades and have four train stations within walking distance the nearest being Sundridge park which takes about 8 mins door to platform and the furthest being Bromley south which takes about 18 mins door to platform although there are two very frequent buses that will take you at there from the end of the road and also the night bus stops there also. The room is fully furnished . The current household consists of mature professionals.
