Landlady only uses this room to access cupboards and drawers. It would be essentially, your own sitting room. Shared use of bathroom and separate toilet. Pretty garden and patio. Extra large double fitted wardrobes with ample storage above. Sole use of fridge in your own room. WiFi, desk/vanity unit with three drawers. TV and remote control. Bedside cabinet with three drawers. I am a clean, friendly, organised person and am looking for the same in any potential lodger. You may use a vape in your own room or garden. Must be a dog lover (landlord has 2 well trained cocker spaniels). Including all utility bills but a contribution towards council tax may be required once a month due to loss of single occupancy. Walking distance to local amenities/beach plus good links to motorway and public transport. Monday to Friday let, would be preferable and the rent could adjusted to accommodate this. MOD, Vectra, or Contractors, welcome. £299 rent deposit required to hold room. This will be returned when the room is vacated in good order. References are required, but no fees.
