I have a Single room to rent in Sale, near Ashton Village shops. The house has good access to the M60, and close to public transport links to Sale, Altrincham & Manchester. On-street parking is also available for drivers.

Rent will be £525 and includes all bills. The room comes with a 3/4 size bed, plently of storage, WIFI & TV areal connection. The house has a newly fitted kitchen and bathroom, 100 Mb broadband, utilities room, TV with Netflix & Amazon firestick, real log fireplace, large garden, BBQ and outdoor pizza oven.

Current housemates consist of two male one female all working either full time or hybrid (London-Manchester). I personally run a restaurants and events business so I'm fairly quiet through the week, and will be travelling to London regularly with my parntner who works there on a hybrid basis. Because of this I'm looking for housemates who are fond of animals and wont mind keeping an eye on the cat if I'm away.

Applicants must also be able to provide proof of full time employment, and working from home is not accepted in this property im afraid.
