Room in Upminster/Hornchurch

3 bed house in Upminster (8 minute walk from the station). The house has a lovely open plan downstairs with a balcony and a big shared garden. The girl who is moving out said she is happy to leave the furniture in the bedroom or take it out. The room currently has a double bed, bedside table and wardrobe as well as drawers just outside the room for extra storage.

Rent is £666 per month and bills are additional. It would be a 12 month contract renewing on the 22nd August.

I am 21 (turning 22) and Aislin is 22 (turning 23 next month). We both moved to Upminster in August and current tenants in the house. We are both primary school teachers but enjoying going to the pub and on nights out as well as movie nights.
