Single from 1st July or Double from 1st Sept

Hi, I have a 3 bedroomed house in the beautiful village of Peasmarsh, Near Rye. The area is surrounded by countryside and views, yet you have a large store here and lots of tourist activities and pubs nearby. A car driver is preferable as the bus service is fairly limited. We live here only in school holiday time, and potentially from 1st September you would have the whole house to yourselves for almost 11 months per year. There is potential for a single person for this summer and then perhaps more from September. We love the outdoors and are mostly either out working or out walking. We have no pets here and we are quiet people when we're home, although really sociable. Part of the kitchen would need to be kept gluten free (but only in school hols) as we have gluten related health issues which are quite severe. I guarantee you would really like us as we're kind, funny and friendly. Hoping to share my home with someone similar.
