Furnished bedroom

A furnished double bedroom is available from the 7th of July for a long term let.

The room is in a modern two bedroom apartment. It is nicely furnished, overlooking a communal garden.

There is a separate bathroom. The living room is very spacious and has a balcony.

The location is near large Sainsbury's, approximately 10 minutes walk to the city centre. There are bus stops nearby on route to either of the two universities.

The current flatmate is a PhD student. She is friendly and very tidy.

Utilities are not included. Council Tax band C.

There is a washing machine and a dishwasher in the flat. However, there is no tumble dryer, no TV, no allocated parking.

Viewings can be arranged in person or over a video.
