Looking For a Quiet Room in Clapham

Hello! My name is Kirsten and I am looking for a flat (or house) share with some friendly, calm professionals.

I'd like to live anywhere in or around Clapham - my preference is to be close to the Common as I like running in the mornings and love green space, but I'll consider anywhere south of Stockwell to Balham. I just can't be too far from any of the Northern line stations, as I need to commute daily into SE1.

I can move in from the end of May, latest June 15th. Preferably a 6 month lease to a year.

I work as an in-house climate advisor, developing net zero strategies and doing carbon accounting. It's quite full-on so I'd really like somewhere relaxing to come back to in the evenings.

I also work in the city most days so I don't need wfh office space in the house. I cook most of my meals so I'd like access to a reasonable kitchen.

My main hobbies are singing and swimming, and I also like lots of other things like running, yoga, muai thai, art and design, museums and history.

For the room, light and windows are a main priority. And if I'm going to be really fussy, I'd love as little carpet as possible. A real wood floor? Sold. Lino is also good. But if it's all otherwise decent, I'll look past a carpet...
