Looking for LGBTQ+ friendly accommodation share...

Hi. I'm (48) desperately seeking a room (ideally with en-suite, not a deal breaker if not) or annex in the Exeter area. Around £550pcm.


I'm vegan and non smoking.
Looking for an LGBTQ+ friendly place to live.
I'm transfemme non binary.

Until recently I was a joint home owner.
I'm currently unemployed. However in mean time, paying rent out of my own pocket and some upfront is not a problem. Until fairly recently I owned and ran a dot com business, and in the past have worked as an NHS auxiliary nurse.

I've house shared in the past, and have no problems socialising with housemates.
I don't mind random parties, however I'm looking for a mostly quiet place to live.
I'm a quiet, very tidy considerate person, who respects others privacy.
I enjoy watching films and documentaries alone or with others.
I like reading, board games, art, meditation, long walks in nature, visiting cities, museums, cinema. I'm also somewhat musical.
Given the chance, I enjoy gardening and growing vegetables. If a place has a garden I'm more than happy to help out, love getting my hands dirty. The same with random DIY projects.

I would be interested in apartment hunting with someone else with similar preferences.

(Whilst I am 48. I'm younger looking and young at heart. I have no problems sharing with any age. I shan't ruin the dynamic of a say, 30yo plus household)
