Bubbly bloke looking for a new home

Hi all, hope you're good. My names Dylan, I've live in Bristol for about 14 years now. Always in house shares.
I work full time. I'm a non smoker. I like to hang out with friends alternate weekends.
I've been living at my current house for nearly 2 years, but we've just been informed that the landlord is selling up, so we're all getting booted. To be fair though, as I'm the only one that cleans, I'm not that upset lol.
My only caveat is that I have a 15yr old son that I'd need to be able to have stay over Friday and Saturday every other weekend.
He's a quiet kid. Spends 90% of his time with his face in his phone or playing fifa. We generally go out when he's here, so you'd never notice him.
From a housemate perspective, I'm very clean, energy conscious and enjoy socialising with the people I live with.
Ideally I'm look for unfurnished as I have an orthopaedic Kingsized bed and mattress already. I also have my own desk and chest of drawers. So as least furnished as possible would be great.
