Looking for a clean & respectful housemate

Hi hi 👋🏾, I am urgently looking for a very organised, clean and respectful female housmate like myself to share with. So message me and we can get talking to see if we’d be suitable housemates ☺️.

Just to give some more details I’m looking for a 2 bed, 2 bath modern and spacious place.

And housemate wise: I want someone who doesn't smoke or drink (or at least doesn’t drink in the house) and has a good balance of being friendly but also being respectful of each others space and boundaries.

I want a roommate who is neat and keeps to fair cleaning schedules for shared areas and cleans well when it's their turn.

I'd also like someone who cleans up in the kitchen right after they cook so dishes & dirt don't pile up and the kitchen isn't messy. Essentially I’d like a ‘leave things how you’d like to meet them’ vibe.

Might seem like alot for some but I'm looking for these things because I naturally do them too.
