NETCRED Tenant Referencing uses the same ‘multiple database cross-referencing’ principles as NETCRED. We check the information provided by your prospective tenants to give you peace of mind when deciding who to let to.
Tenant Referencing is a modular service which allows you to choose the exact scope of the referencing you require.

Identity and residence information is cross checked across multiple databases until a critical threshold of proof is achieved. This system is more thorough than the UK passport service checks or the old ‘photo ID and two utility bills’ proof required by banks.
This report is designed to uncover ‘warning signs’ such as undisclosed addresses, discrepancies in residential histories and undisclosed adverse financial judgements (such as bankruptcies or undischarged CCJs). Results are reported as a Credit Score with advice on using the results to help you decide whether to let or not.
NETCRED will attempt to confirm directly with the tenant’s employer their employment capacity, length of service, status (temp or permanent) and gross salary (if available).
A combined report is cheaper than buying individual services but maintains the same commitment to thoroughness as you’d get by purchasing separately. Choose the checks you want to combine to help you make your decision.
All checks can be duplicated for Guarantors of tenants.
